I recently took a tour of this hotel with some individuals from my company and couldn't have been more impressed. Although the hotel has been there for over a decade, it has been beautifully remodeled and maintained. The rooms are all very crisp and clean, and there is definitely pride in ownership. We met with Katie Smith (director of sales) and Katie Haunz (Sales and catering manager). Both of these ladies were absolutely delightful and so responsive to our needs. My group then had lunch at the hotel, prepared by Dara. The lunch was fantastic, and I can't wait to try their breakfast. Each morning fresh fruit is cut and omelets are available at their breakfast buffet. We also checked out there meeting area, pool, and fitness area, and were overall very happy. They also have a shuttle that will take guests over to the Arbor Lakes area of Maple Grove for additional dining and shopping.

Stayed here a couple of times on business and had good experiences. The location is a little north of the city but you are in close radius to a lot of shopping and restaurants. Rooms are standard HGI (newer color scheme and lobby.) The breakfast area is a little smaller than I am used to but their cook was good and their morning breakfast staff were really friendly helpful. There is parking in the back, which is a lot closer than some of the parking on the side - definitely a good to know if you are stuck here in winter and want the closest distance between your car and the warm hotel.

Great for business travels! Very quick banquet staff. It's not far from many good places, like great food and good picture scenery

Great hotel for business travelers! Close proximity to many restaurants and a drugstore. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Kate Smith is great to help for corporate travel. My only negative is I wish Hilton would change the bed linens and get away from those heavy, hot comforters.

I really enjoy staying at this place. Its very warm and cozy, staff is friendly and they are very clean. The bartender Alli was super sweet and kind. I have stayed here multiple times and everything has been very consistent. There's a nice fireplace in the lobby, the food is surprisingly really good for a hotel which is a definite plus when you don't want to go out. In addition, there is a CVS right in front of hotel for any items you may have forgotten, a liquor store, a small cheap chinese takeout restaurant, and the pancake house for a huge breakfast if thats what you are craving. The staff was nice enough to provide me with corporate breakfast cards when I checked. Cookies, coffee, and tea available which I love!

I have stayed here twice and the hotel was one of the better HGI's. Check in was quick and my room was very clean. Because of my status I got one of the adjustable beds - I really like being able to adjust the firmness of my mattress. Breakfast was good but like all HGI's a bit much for the food served. The servers were very very very (VERY!) friendly. We hung out in the bar after work and everyone at the hotel was so nice to talk to. The gym is nice but small. The pool is very nice. The location is great - about 30 minutes in a straight shot from the airport and pretty close to a number of shopping centers.

Check-in was quick and efficient. I was provided a room per my reservation, not a surprise given I came to the desk at 3pm on a Sunday. The hotel is highlighting their adjustable mattress beds. I was provided two water bottles per my Hilton HHonors status. The pool looks nice. I used the fitness center, which has elliptical, two treadmills, a bike and free weights. It is fairly small.

I have stayed here on two occasions. I did not have a problem either time. Although the property backs up to I-494, it remains fairly quiet if you get a room not facing the interstate. There is a daycare on one side of the building that has an outdoor playground. That may be an issue if you are a late sleeper during the week. Room was clean to HGI standards. There could be a better television selection but the channels do include Networks plus Fox News, History, Comedy Central, A&E, Cartoon and a few others. Breakfast was typical HGI American Grill. The waitress was friendly and my poached eggs were cooked properly. Dining area has half booths with power outlets if you need to be plugged in.
